Processing Time:
- Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5 business days.
- Customized or personalized items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Methods:
- We offer several shipping options, including standard or expedited shipping. Orders over $50 ship for free to the Continental US.
- You can view shipping rates during the checkout process before confirming your order.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Orders which contain stickers only will not have a tracking number, but will be sent via First Class Mail.
- You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or the carrier's website.
Shipping Destinations:
- We currently offer shipping within the US and to select international destinations. Please check the checkout page for available shipping options to your location.
Customs and Import Duties:
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country's authorities.
