Shipping policy

Processing Time:

  • Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5 business days.
  • Customized or personalized items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer several shipping options, including standard or expedited shipping. Orders over $50 ship for free to the Continental US. 
  • You can view shipping rates during the checkout process before confirming your order. 

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Orders which contain stickers only will not have a tracking number, but will be sent via First Class Mail.
  • You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or the carrier's website.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently offer shipping within the US and to select international destinations. Please check the checkout page for available shipping options to your location.

Customs and Import Duties:

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country's authorities. 

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

  • In the rare event that your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, please contact info@dapoles.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
